Return Policy
All products created by Laser Ridge Designs LLC are custom-made and are therefore non-refundable. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Laser Ridge Designs LLC and may be denied. If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery to address any discrepancies. After this period, all sales are considered final, and no further adjustments can be made.
Laser Ridge Designs LLC takes pride in the quality of our products and services. We carefully review each request and will investigate any reported issues to determine the appropriate resolution
Order Modifications
In the event the Client wishes to alter the product or design after the order has been confirmed and processing has begun, the Client will be responsible for additional costs incurred. If the changes are requested after processing has started, the Client will be financially responsible for any materials already processed.
