Welcome to Laser Ridge Designs LLC.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Order Processing & Payment

All orders are custom-made and require approval before production begins.

Your order must be paid in full before we start processing your order.

Turnaround time: Once the order is paid in full and the design is approved, the turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks. Larger orders may take longer, and you will be notified if additional time is required.

2. Additional Fees

Rush Orders: Orders $200 or greater required within 3 business days or less will incur a rush fee of $45. These orders, upon acceptance, may vary in cost based on order complexity, material availability, or stock levels.

Expedited Orders under $200: Orders under $200 required within 3 business days are subject to expedited fees.

Expedited Shipping: Customers are responsible for expedited shipping costs. Laser Ridge Designs LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.

Design Conversion Fee: If the Client provides a design, it may need to be converted to a file format compatible with our machines. A one-time fee of $15-$40 will be charged for the conversion, depending on the complexity of the design.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• In the event the Client wishes to alter the product or design after the order has been confirmed and processing has begun, the Client will be responsible for additional costs incurred. If the changes are requested after processing has started, the Client will be financially responsible for any materials already processed.

4. Return Policy

• All products created by Laser Ridge Designs LLC are custom-made and are therefore non-refundable. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Laser Ridge Designs LLC and may be denied. If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery to address any discrepancies. After this period, all sales are considered final, and no further adjustments can be made.

Laser Ridge Designs LLC takes pride in the quality of our products and services. We carefully review each request and will investigate any reported issues to determine the appropriate resolution.

5. Shipping Policy

 Laser Ridge Designs LLC is not responsible for shipping-related delays once the order is in possession of the shipping carrier. Customers should account for shipping time when placing an order.

Shipping Fees:

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, unless otherwise stated by Laser Ridge Designs LLC. Any shipping-related costs, including expedited shipping, will be added to the order total unless otherwise agreed upon prior to processing.

6. Copyright & Legal Responsibility

The Client is responsible for ensuring that any designs, logos, or images submitted for engraving are legally permitted and free from copyright violations. The Client will bear any legal consequences of copyright infringement, and Laser Ridge Designs LLC will not be held liable. Any claims or charges brought against Laser Ridge Designs LLC due to copyright infringement will be dismissible in court.
Additionally, Laser Ridge Designs LLC will not share or disclose customer information to any third parties, except as required by law or for the processing of the order.

7. Use of Product Images for Marketing

Laser Ridge Designs LLC reserves the right to photograph and use images of completed products for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your product posting to be featured, please email us to request the removal.
